The Project
The company founded in 1920 by two postage-stamping machine producers wanted to communicate their ability to put businesses in touch more personally with their customers through the web, email and text messaging as well as the physical mail.
The Concept
As the account lead, I managed the development and execution of a campaign built on the theme of "Personally" that shows how companies can be more successful when they create stronger connections with their customers. The campaign calls out the emotions that consumers can have when personal connections are made, noting the positive difference that personally-driven communications can make in the eyes of the recipient.

The Project
Our objective was to communicate to grocery chains how Kellogg’s products increase center-store profits.
The Concept
I was the account lead for over six years working with the Head of Industry Initiatives and Customer Collaboration on developing quarterly campaigns featuring Kellogg innovations and insights. Campaigns began in print and expanded to include a microsite at centerstoregrowth.com which offered digital downloads of e-briefings and the latest insights. I personally managed all content updates on the microsite and was able to grow the account by incorporating digital advertising into the plan.

New Product Launch
The Project
Tate & Lyle, the makers of ingredients including Splenda Sucralose, Soda-Lo, Tasteva Stevia Sweetener and others, hired gyro Cincinnati as their first ever global agency and we managed a number of new global product launches which included the unveiling of a new ultra low-calorie sugar called Allulose with 70% of the sweetness of table sugar, but 90% fewer calories.
The Concept
As the account lead, I managed development and execution of a campaign built on the theme of "Believe It" that showed Food and Beverage manufactures how Dolcia Prima Allulose can be used to reduce or replace sugars in everything from beverages, yogurt and ice cream to baked products, candies, salad dressings, gums, cereals and sugar substitutes. The campaign consisted of PR, web development, print and digital advertising, dimensional direct mail, trade show booth graphics and promotions and reputation management.

The Project
Prior to March of 2020, the only way to get information about Happy Days Preschool was through direct contact via phone, email or stopping by in person and parents paid their monthly tuition in-person after dropping off or picking up their students. When the pandemic hit, the school urgently needed a quicker way to get enrollment materials out to prospective enrollees and a contactless way to pay tuition in order to stay in operation.
The Concept
I personally designed, produced and launched the first-ever website for the school in its 49th year and helped keep the school operating during it’s most challenging year to date.

The Project
American Express wanted to educate merchants across all business sizes about the benefits of AR automation in order to position American Express as a partner and help them take the next step to learn more and capture leads.
The Concept
I am the lead project manager for the American Express account and manage the development and execution of ongoing email campaigns that go beyond awareness to provide prospects with a personalized experience tailored by industry to provoke merchants to click through to learn more. They can visit a landing page where we collect leads if they are ready to submit their contact information and if not, we offer additional engaging content such as videos and interactive infographics to help them as they progress through the buyer’s journey.
